Cherry and Leaf Pattern by Gorham Made of Mixed Metals including Copper and Brass is an ultra rare pattern made in the late 19th Century. The base of the pattern is made of pure sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.) It is drop hammered and then an applied copper and brass embellishment is soldered onto the base.

There were not very many pieces of this pattern produced and in today's market the asking price is typically $150- $200 per troy ounce which is around 5-7 times of what scrap silver value is. There are both flatware and holloware pieces available.

This is a collectors pattern and one that will usually take several years or even decades to accumulate a sizable collection.
